As a Secondary Service Provider (English & French) since 1992 we have been helping workers overcome communication skills barriers so they can re-enter the labour market with more confidence.
We offer the following services:
- Language training and coaching
- English, French, and Academic Assessments

- On-site training available

Labour Market Re-entry (LMR)
English as a second language (ESL)
French as a Second Language (FSL)
- ESL and French classes
- Beginners to Advanced lessons
- Literacy and pre-literacy classes available
Job Search Training (JST)
- Preparing resumes
- Completing job application forms
- Preparing for job interviews
- Workers learn to discuss their physical capabilities in relation to jobs, work history, and job skills with employers
- Accessing information on how to locate and secure job opportunities, and learn to contact prospective employers
- Conference and Job Fair coaching
Academic upgrading
Improving workers’ basic Academic upgrading skills is what we do best. Our programs enable workers to re-enter the labour market with experience and confidence.
Customer Service
Customer service classes are highly participative, with group discussion, role-playing and exercises, which instil the behaviours essential to maintaining the highest customer skills.
